The Russian Defense Ministry reported that its forces struck military facilities at Ukrainian ports overnight from July 24 to 25.

According to the ministry, infrastructure used to unload and store supplies for the Ukrainian army was hit in Odessa. In Izmail, Russian strikes targeted a warehouse and facilities involved in transporting fuel and lubricants. A vessel that had delivered cargo for Ukrainian forces was also attacked in Nikolaev.

Russian troops also carried out strikes against port infrastructure and other targets across Ukraine during the week. The Defense Ministry said that between July 18 and 24, the military conducted 18 group strikes and one large-scale attack.

The ministry has repeatedly maintained that Russian forces target only facilities supporting the Ukrainian army and enterprises connected to the defense industry. It said the attacks involve precision-guided weapons and drones capable of reaching targets throughout Ukraine, including Kiev.
