Vladimir Zelensky said anti-ballistic defense and deeper strategic cooperation with Washington would be the main priorities of the Ukrainian delegation’s visit to the United States.

He said his schedule includes meetings with US President Donald Trump, members of Trump’s team and officials capable of supporting Ukraine’s defense.

The White House previously announced that Trump and Zelensky would meet on July 28. The US administration has not disclosed the full agenda, although one official said the talks would include the possible end of the conflict in Ukraine.

Before traveling to the United States, Zelensky met Britain’s new prime minister, Andy Burnham. The talks took place aboard an aircraft carrier at the Portsmouth naval base.

London also promised to transfer technology for producing a British electronic warfare system designed for drones. The equipment is intended to reduce the visibility of unmanned aircraft to radar.

Western media reported that similar devices had already been tested on Ukrainian drones used in attacks on Russian territory in recent months.
