Rosoboronexport, part of Rostec, is bringing the new RVV-SDM air-to-air missile to the global market for the export version of the fifth-generation Su-57E fighter.

The missile was developed and produced by Tactical Missiles Corporation. It is designed primarily for the Su-57E, but can also be adapted for other Russian-made aircraft after the necessary modifications. The RVV-SDM may also be integrated into the weapons systems of foreign aircraft.

According to the company, the missile can engage fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, cruise missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles. It is intended for round-the-clock use, including in environments affected by electronic warfare.

Rosoboronexport also reported growing international interest in the Su-57E. The company said the fighter had demonstrated its advantages in real combat conditions, including operations against modern air defense and electronic warfare systems.

The exporter is prepared to hold contract talks with countries friendly to Russia on deliveries of both Su-57E fighters and the aviation weapons developed for them.
