Russian forces carried out several precision strikes on military-related targets near the port of Odessa overnight from July 30 to 31, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
The ministry said the attacks targeted fuel storage tanks and a dry cargo vessel located south of Odessa that was transporting military supplies.
According to the official statement, all designated targets were hit with precision air-to-surface missiles and strike drones.
Ukrainian online sources also reported strikes on industrial facilities in Zaporozhye, where a major fire broke out.
A day earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry reported attacks on four vessels carrying military cargo. One was located in the port of Odessa, another in the port of Yuzhny, while two others were sailing south of Odessa.
Russian forces also struck a fuel pumping station and a fuel distribution facility in Novye Belyary in the Odessa region, according to the ministry.
