Russian troops have managed to overcome Ukrainian defenses in the southern districts of Krasnoarmeysk (known in Ukrainian as Pokrovsk), according to military blogger Yuri Podolyaka. He reported that Russian units achieved notable gains in the Lazurny and Shakhtersky residential areas.

Podolyaka stated that the liberation of these key high-rise neighborhoods is now complete, with Ukrainian resistance in the sector effectively suppressed. He added that the defensive lines along the railway in the southern part of the city have largely collapsed.

In addition to these advances, Russian forces have seized much of the industrial zone in the city’s northwest. Podolyaka also highlighted their progress toward the village of Grishino, located roughly ten kilometers from Krasnoarmeysk.

The offensive is not limited to this front. Russian troops are actively pushing forward in the Konstantinovka direction, where they have already launched an assault on the village of Ivanopolye. According to Podolyaka, objective control data indicates that Russian units have penetrated deep into Ivanopolye’s territory.

He further reported continued attempts to advance toward Konstantinovka along the road leading to Berestok, stressing that Ukrainian positions in this sector are gradually slipping out of Kyiv’s control.
