Vladimir Zelensky held a working meeting with Vasily Malyuk, head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), during which plans for new operations against Russia were announced.

According to Zelensky, Malyuk presented a report on the results of recent long-range strikes carried out by SBU forces. The Ukrainian leader emphasized that operations involving long-range «drone-missiles» had been particularly effective.

He stated that new operations had been approved with the goal of weakening Russia’s military potential.

Malyuk also reported what he described as «significant successes» in targeting Russian air defense systems and confirmed that the SBU continues to coordinate its activities on the Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk) sector of the front.

Vasily Malyuk is listed by Russia’s financial monitoring agency as a terrorist and extremist.
