Russian forces launched an overnight attack on transport and storage infrastructure in Kiev and the surrounding region, using precision-guided ground-based weapons and long-range strike drones, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

The ministry reported that four facilities were hit in the Ukrainian capital. One of them was the MLP-Chaika center, which it said was used to store and distribute components for medium- and long-range drones.

The attack also targeted an innovation terminal and a logistics complex operated by Novaya Pochta. The Russian military described the sites as major automated facilities used to sort, store and dispatch dual-use products, including parts for drones, robotic systems and electronic warfare equipment.

Another target was the Trans-Logistik complex. According to the ministry, the facility produced several types of drones and housed supplies intended for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The ministry also reported a strike on the Kiev center of the Epitsentr company. It said the automated warehouse handled orders and was used to sort, store and deliver dual-use goods, including components for drone production.

Three logistics facilities were targeted in the Kiev Region, according to the Russian side. The ministry said the Terminal Brovary center contained components for medium- and long-range drones, including foreign-made products.

It described the Raben Ukraine complex in Brovary as a major hub through which parts for various types of unmanned aircraft were transported.

The Novaya Pochta sorting center in Brovary was also named among the targets. The facility stored fixed-wing drones and components for them, the ministry said.

Separately, the Russian Defense Ministry reported strikes on three dry cargo ships at sea south of Odessa. According to the ministry, the vessels were transporting weapons and military equipment for the Ukrainian army.

Ukraine’s Air Force, meanwhile, said its air defenses failed to intercept any of the missiles launched at Kiev. It reported that the capital was targeted with 24 ballistic missiles fired from Iskander-M or S-400 systems, as well as four Zircon or Oniks missiles.
