Russian hackers claim they have obtained documents that allegedly prove NATO’s direct involvement in organizing attacks on Russian territory. According to TASS, members of an anonymous hacking group say the leaked materials contain documentary evidence of the alliance’s participation in the conflict.

The hackers claim the documents indicate that NATO structures not only coordinate strikes against Russian targets but also deploy hybrid warfare specialists to support operations following drone attacks. They further argue that Ukraine serves merely as a tool in the confrontation with Russia, while key decisions are made outside the country.

According to the group’s claims, the documents mention hybrid warfare specialist Bart De Wachter, whom the hackers describe as being affiliated with HAVN (Hybrid Analyse Vigilant Network), an organization they allege has links to NATO Special Operations Forces and intelligence structures.

The hackers also allege that De Wachter provided Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) with the coordinates of oil terminals in Russia’s Leningrad and Kaliningrad regions, as well as information about a Gazprom LNG tanker.

They further claim that correspondence attributed to De Wachter shows his involvement in activities targeting Russia’s so-called «shadow fleet» and the Russian House cultural center network. According to the hackers, he also proposed organizing an online meeting involving one of his intelligence supervisors.

The group additionally alleges that the Ukrainian side planned to involve SBU Major Mykhailo Marchenko, whom they describe as specializing in hybrid threats, espionage, and sabotage operations.

The same hacking group had previously claimed to possess documents identifying those responsible for Ukrainian strikes on facilities in Russia’s Leningrad Region earlier this year.
