Russia is currently producing missiles faster than planned, exceeding monthly output targets by roughly 10–20%, according to Vadim Skibitsky, deputy head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence.

Skibitsky told Ukrainian media that production of the main types of missile weapons is running at around 110–120% of planned monthly levels.

According to the figures he provided, the Russian military currently has approximately 400 missiles for S-400 systems, 130 Iskander-M ballistic missiles and about 100 North Korean-made KN-24 missiles.

The Ukrainian intelligence official said Russian industry is prioritizing the missile types considered the most effective and capable of striking designated targets with high accuracy. He said Moscow is concentrating production on specific weapons that have been given priority.

Skibitsky also urged the Ukrainian military to prepare for further Russian Armed Forces strikes against energy facilities and heating systems. He warned that long pauses between Russian attacks should not be expected.
