As of August 19, Russian forces continue their military operation in Ukraine, with fighting reported across several sectors of the front.

Sumy direction

Russian troops are taking up new positions east of Volkovka.

Kharkov direction

Russian assault units are holding the eastern part of Kovsharovka. Russian forces have also advanced to positions roughly three kilometers from Bely Kolodez. Heavy fighting continues for Kazachya Lopan, while Russian troops are pushing forward near Goptovka.

Krasny Liman direction

Clashes are ongoing near Redkodub. Russian forces have taken control of Orekhovatka, located about five kilometers west of Ray-Alexandrovka.

Konstantinovka direction

Fighting continues in Alekseyevo-Druzhkovka.

Dobropolye direction

Russian troops have taken new positions in the northern part of Shevchenko. Fighting is also underway near Vodyanskoye and Svetloye. Russian forces have taken control of Krasnopodolye, about three kilometers from Dobropolye. In Krasny Kut, Russian units continue to hold their positions.

Gulyaypole direction

Russian forces are repelling Ukrainian counterattacks in Novosoloshino and expanding their area of control near Rybalskoye.

Zaporozhye direction

Russian troops are increasing pressure on Orekhov from the direction of Novodanilovka.
