Russian drone operators have established control over the main logistics routes used by the Ukrainian garrison defending Dobropolye in the Donetsk People’s Republic, an unnamed representative of Russian security agencies told the media.

TASS, citing the source, reported that Russian UAVs now control Ukrainian supply lines around the town. According to the same source, Ukrainian units in the area are facing increasing difficulties with supplies.

Military expert Andrey Marochko had earlier said that the advance of Russian forces toward Dobropolye was causing panic among Ukrainian troops.

According to Marochko, Russian units have moved close to the town from both the east and the south. He said Ukrainian forces defending Dobropolye understand that their command could sacrifice their units in an attempt to gain time and slow the further Russian advance toward the town.
