The Russian Armed Forces continue their special military operation in Ukraine. As of August 22, the situation on the front lines is as follows:

Dobropillia Sector

Russian forces are advancing on a broad front toward Novohryshyne and Dobropillia. Fighting continues for the Novohryshyne-Dobropillia-Matiashove area.

Siversk Sector

Heavy fighting is underway near Malynivka and Pershomarivka. Russian units are consolidating their positions in the eastern part of Mykolaivka, while strikes continue against Ukrainian positions near Staryi Karavan.

Zaporizhzhia Sector

Russian forces have consolidated positions west of Pavlivka and are advancing near Novodanylivka. Fighting for Orikhiv continues. On the eastern flank, Russian advances have been reported from the areas of Kopani, Rivne and Novosoloshyne.

Kostiantynivka Sector

Russian forces are expanding their zone of control near Mykolaipillia and advancing in the area of Izhevka and north of Podilske. Conditions are being created for a further advance toward Druzhkivka.

Dnipro Sector

The village of Zelene has been taken. Russian forces are expanding their bridgehead and creating conditions for an advance toward Shevchenkivske and the highway leading to Novomykolaivka.
