Russian forces continue their special military operation in Ukraine. As of August 24, the situation along the front lines was reported as follows.

Sumy Direction

Russian troops are advancing in the areas of Pisarevka and Ulanovo. Fighting also continues near Maryino, Khrapovshchina, Khoten and Volnaya Sloboda.

Kharkov Direction

Clashes are ongoing near Kupyansk and inside the city itself. Fighting is also reported around Blagodatnoye, Kupino and Chernoye. Heavy battles continue in Kazachya Lopan and near Goptovka.

Krasny Liman Direction

Combat continues in the Dibrova area. Russian forces are expanding their zone of control near Nikonorovka and advancing from the northeast and southeast.

Konstantinovka Direction

Russian troops are advancing near Nikolaypolye and taking new positions in the southern part of Izhevka. Tactical gains have also been reported in several areas of Alekseyevo-Druzhkovka.

Dobropolye Direction

Russian forces are moving forward north of Mirnoye and in the Krasnoyarskoye area. Fighting continues in Dobropolye.

Gulyaypole Direction

Clashes are ongoing near Novosoloshino and Lyubitskoye.

Zaporozhye Direction

Fighting continues in the Orekhov area.
