Russian forces continue their special military operation in Ukraine. As of August 26, the situation along the front lines was reported as follows.

Sumy Direction

Heavy fighting continues near Mogritsa and Sadki.

Kharkov Direction

Clashes are ongoing along the Dvurechnaya-Zapadnoye line, as well as in the areas of Kurilovka and Kovsharovka. Russian forces are advancing near Vasilyevka. Fighting also continues in Kazachya Lopan and around Goptovka and Bugayevka.

Krasny Liman Direction

Russian forces have restored their positions near Ozernoye and are assaulting the northern part of Nikolayevka. Fighting is also underway in the Pershomaryevka area.

Konstantinovka Direction

Russian troops are taking positions in the eastern and southeastern parts of Alekseyevo-Druzhkovka on both banks of the Krivoy Torets River. Advances have also been reported in Krasnoye.

Dobropolye Direction

The Russian army has taken control of Annovka, which directly borders the city of Dobropolye. Fighting continues south and west of Dobropolye, while Russian forces are also advancing along the Shevchenko-Grishino line.

Gulyaypole Direction

Clashes continue near Dolinka, Novosoloshino and Ternovatoye.

Zaporozhye Direction

Heavy fighting is underway around Kamenskoye, Stepnogorsk and Plavni. The assault on Orekhov is continuing.
