Russian forces carried out a massive overnight strike on targets across Ukraine on August 27, using high-precision land-, air- and sea-based weapons along with attack drones, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

Several facilities tied to the production, storage and supply of unmanned systems were hit in Kiev and the Kiev Region. Among them was a workshop assembling drones, including Hornet loitering munitions.

The San-Park transport and logistics center in Kiev was also struck. The Russian Defense Ministry said the complex served as a major storage and distribution hub for attack FPV drones, ground control stations and their components.

In Borispol, the Aleksandrovsky office and logistics complex was hit. According to the ministry, the site stored dual-use products, including components for medium- and long-range drones.

The strikes also targeted metallurgical plants in Zaporozhye and Krivoy Rog. The Russian military said the facilities were among the key suppliers of metallurgical products used in military production.

A refinery in Kremenchug, Poltava Region, was hit as well. The Defense Ministry said the plant supplied the Ukrainian Armed Forces with fuel and lubricants and was used to transfer petroleum products arriving from abroad.

Several targets were destroyed in the Odessa Region. In Ilyichevka, strikes hit a drone assembly workshop and a facility producing nitrate for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

In the ports of Odessa and Chernomorsk, 24 storage facilities containing military supplies intended for Ukrainian troops were hit. In the port of Reni, the strike targeted infrastructure used to unload military cargo and fuel and lubricants.

Energy facilities supporting the operation of Ukrainian ports were also hit in the Odessa Region, along with transport infrastructure used for military purposes.
