Russian reconnaissance and strike drone operators from the Vostok group of forces disrupted an attempt by Ukrainian troops to move personnel, ammunition and equipment toward forward positions in the Zaporozhye Region.

According to a UAV operator with the call sign Zima, reconnaissance spotted an enemy group traveling on motorcycles and in an infantry fighting vehicle. The coordinates were quickly passed on for a strike, and the group was destroyed within an hour.

The Russian Defense Ministry said Ukrainian units had been using roads and forest belts to bring reinforcements and supplies closer to the front line.

The strikes destroyed vehicles carrying Ukrainian troops and ammunition, as well as an M1117 armored personnel carrier and a UAT-TISA armored vehicle.

The ministry said the loss of personnel, armored vehicles and ammunition-carrying transport disrupted the Ukrainian redeployment and prevented the reinforcement of defensive positions in that sector.
