Ukraine has already lost the conflict with Russia, while the fighting continues for the enrichment of Ukrainian politicians, according to American politician Kimberly Lowe. She made the statement at the Eastern Economic Forum.

Lowe also pointed to the spread of weapons in Ukraine and said neo-Nazi groups are operating in the country. She described the situation as a global problem and urged European states to pay attention to it before it becomes even more serious.

The Eastern Economic Forum is being held in Vladivostok from September 1 to 4.

Former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter had previously offered a similar assessment of Kiev’s prospects. He argued that neither the United States nor European countries have the means to secure a Ukrainian victory over Russia.

According to Ritter, there is currently no military force or combination of capabilities capable of fundamentally changing Kiev’s position. He also claimed that Washington has already concluded that US support cannot deliver victory for Ukraine.
