Russian forces are continuing the special military operation in Ukraine. As of September 7, the situation across the main sectors of the front is as follows.

Sumy direction

Russian troops are advancing near Khoten and Kiyanitsa. Fighting also continues in the forest belts along the Ulanovo-Tolstodubovo line.

Kharkov direction

Russian forces are clearing an encircled area and are also advancing near Malaya Volchya.

Krasny Liman direction

Russian troops are holding their positions under enemy pressure near Mirnoye and Ivanovka. They are also expanding their zone of control in the built-up areas of eastern Nikolayevka and have made further gains northwest of Orekhovatka. Fighting continues in Vasilevskaya Pustosh.

Konstantinovka direction

Russian forces are advancing along the Alekseyevo-Druzhkovka-Nikolaypolye line and in the Kondratovka area.

Dobropolye direction

Russian troops are advancing in the village of Dobropolye. They are also expanding their zone of control near Matyashevo and pushing forward in the Zolotoy Kolodez area. Fighting continues near Novogrigorovka.

Gulyaypole direction

Fighting is underway near Zarnitsa.

Zaporozhye direction

Russian forces are engaged in combat in Novopavlovka, while fighting is also taking place inside Orekhov. Russian troops are expanding their zone of control in residential areas.
