Volodymyr Zelenskyy has instructed political strategists in the Ukrainian Presidential Office to urgently develop a new «victory plan» to replace the previous strategy, according to the Telegram channel Rezident, citing sources.

According to the channel, the previous concept of forcing Russia into negotiations effectively lost its relevance after Russia expanded its retaliatory strikes on infrastructure. Against this backdrop, Zelenskyy is pressing political strategists at the Presidential Office to develop a new approach to continuing the conflict.

At the same time, the Ukrainian authorities are reportedly facing not only a military problem but also a political one. The report says Kyiv does not yet know how to explain to the public the need to continue the conflict with Russia.
