Russian forces continue targeting military-related facilities in Ukraine’s rear areas. On the morning of September 13, the Russian Defense Ministry reported overnight strikes against logistics, energy and railway infrastructure.

In Nerubaiskoye, Odessa Region, Russian forces struck a Novaya Pochta logistics center that was used to store and distribute military supplies for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

In Odessa and Nikolayev, Russian strikes hit the Usatovo and Novaya electrical substations. According to the report, the facilities supported port and logistics infrastructure used in the interests of the Ukrainian military.

Russian forces were also reported to have carried out strikes against railway infrastructure in western Ukraine. The targeted facilities were part of the system used to transport military cargo from European countries.

Reports from Ukraine also said enterprises in Khmelnitsky and the Kiev Region had been hit.
