Russian military units continue operations in Ukraine. As of the morning of September 14, fighting and reported advances were recorded across several sectors of the front.

Kharkov Direction

The Russian Defense Ministry reported that Russian forces had taken Chernyakov. According to the ministry, as many as 1,700 Ukrainian troops could be surrounded in the area described as the Volchansk pocket.

Dobropolye Direction

Russian units are advancing toward Dobropolye from Novogrishino and are taking new positions near Novogrigorovka. Reports also indicate progress by Russian forces on the approaches to Rayskoye.

Seversk Direction

The sector remains marked by intensive artillery and drone warfare. Ukrainian command is reportedly moving infantry groups from Raygorodok toward the Slavyansk Thermal Power Plant, Shchurovo and Stary Karavan. Russian troops also repelled several Ukrainian counterattacks near Ray-Aleksandrovka.

Konstantinovka Direction

Russian forces continue clearing operations in Alekseyevo-Druzhkovka. Heavy fighting is also underway for control of Kondratovka.

Krasny Liman Direction

Clashes continue around Shandrigolovo, Redkodub, Novoye, Ivanovka and Kolodezi.

Orekhov Direction

Russian forces have made gains in Novopavlovka, located west of Orekhov. They are also expanding the area under their control near Chervonaya Krinitsa.

Gulyaypole Direction

Russian army units are carrying out attacks near Rovnoye, Kosovtsevo and Vozdvizhevka.

Kupyansk Direction

Russian forces are expanding their zone of control in the western part of Kovsharovka.

Sumy Front

Russian troops are advancing in the areas around Khoten and Kiyanitsa.
