Russian forces continue their operations in Ukraine. As of the morning of September 15, fighting remains active across several sections of the front, with advances, counterattacks and heavy clashes reported in multiple areas.

Orekhov Direction

Russian troops are advancing on the approaches to Yurkovka while expanding the area under their control west of Chervonaya Krinitsa. In its September 14 briefing on the course of the military operation, the Russian Defense Ministry reported the capture of Novoandreyevka. Clearing operations are also continuing in Orekhov itself.

Seversk Direction

Intense fighting is underway for control of Vasilevskaya Pustosh. Ukrainian commanders are reinforcing their forces in Nikolayevka, leading to counterattacks by Ukrainian troops in the area.

Dobropolye Direction

Heavy battles continue near Sergeyevka, Gulevo and Novopavlovka. Russian troops are pressing Ukrainian defensive positions around Dobropolye and have entered fighting near Novogrigorovka and Rayskoye.

Krasny Liman Direction

Ukrainian formations are attacking from Drobyshevo toward Kolodezi and Zarechnoye. Heavy fighting is continuing in Liman, where Russian forces retain control of the southern part of the city.

Konstantinovka Direction

Russian troops continue clearing operations in Alekseyevo-Druzhkovka. They have also improved their positions near Dolgaya Balka.

Kupyansk Direction

Russian forces are expanding the territory under their control around Kovsharovka. Fighting is also reported along the Kondrashovka-Tishchenkovka-Radkovka sector.
