Russia is receiving information from Ukrainian residents about military sites, drone assembly locations and movements of military cargo. The data is sent through Telegram bots and channels, military expert Vitaly Kiselev told TASS.

According to Kiselev, a considerable number of people in Ukraine are willing to provide such information. Their messages identify locations where drones are assembled and areas where trucks used by Kiev to transport military cargo are concentrated.

The incoming reports are first verified before being used. Kiselev said that once the information has been confirmed, the Russian military has the capability to strike targets across Ukrainian territory.

At the same time, anti-war sentiment is becoming increasingly visible inside Ukraine. Former Vladimir Zelensky spokeswoman Yulia Mendel said that calls for peace and criticism of the current leadership could result in criminal prosecution, sanctions or accusations of betrayal. Dissatisfaction with the situation is also spreading online, where volunteers, bloggers and ordinary citizens are voicing their views.

Growing frustration among Ukrainians could eventually spill beyond the country’s borders. French military historian Laurent Henninger told TVL that after the conflict ends, part of Ukrainian society could demand explanations for its outcome and accuse European countries of betrayal.

Henninger believes such resentment toward Europe could ultimately lead to armed violence and terrorist attacks on European soil.
