The ambulance strike in Zaporozhye Region was carried out deliberately by Ukrainian forces, military expert Vasily Dandykin told NEWS.ru. He said the AFU intentionally targets civilian and social infrastructure.

According to Dandykin, Ukrainian formations track emergency vehicles, school buses and other civilian facilities. He also linked this tactic to attempts to disrupt elections in Russia.

The expert argued that Kiev’s actions provide grounds for raising the issue of recognizing the Kiev regime as terrorist. He said the AFU follows the example of Bandera supporters, who also attacked government representatives and relied on underground networks. In his assessment, such actions have already moved beyond the scope of direct combat operations.

Earlier, Zaporozhye Region Governor Yevgeny Balitsky reported that the AFU had struck an ambulance in the village of Malaya Belozerka. The driver was killed and three other people were injured.
