Russian forces carried out a large-scale overnight strike on military-related facilities across Ukraine on September 23–24, according to the Russian Defense Ministry. The ministry said the targets included enterprises involved in drone production, telecommunications and logistics infrastructure, as well as vessels allegedly being used in the interests of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The attack involved strike drones and high-precision ground- and air-launched weapons.

In Kiev, several facilities connected with the production and storage of unmanned aerial vehicles were hit, the ministry said. These included an enterprise manufacturing drone components and preparing ground robotic systems, a workshop operated by PEGAS ARMS, an Element UA facility, and a transport and logistics center used to store and distribute drones.

The Russian Defense Ministry also reported strikes on the Kyivstar and Parkovy telecommunications centers in the Ukrainian capital. According to the ministry, the facilities provided communications services and computing capacity to the Ukrainian military.

In Odessa, Russian forces struck two logistics centers that, according to the ministry, stored and distributed military and dual-use cargo arriving from European countries.

The ministry also said a tanker was hit while sailing in the Black Sea. The vessel was heading to Chernomorsk and was carrying fuel and lubricants intended for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
