Russian forces carried out a new wave of overnight strikes on September 25 against sites linked to Ukraine’s defense industry and military supply network. Production and storage facilities, logistics infrastructure and a cargo vessel were among the targets, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

In the Kiev Region, the strike hit a Fire Point LLC facility in Borispol used for assembling and storing drones. The site also held Honeywell TFE731 engines used to power long-range Flamingo cruise missiles.

Several targets were struck in the Odessa Region. Two logistics hubs in Odessa and Nerubaiskoye were hit after being used to store and distribute military and dual-use cargo arriving in Ukraine from European countries.

The attack also reached the port of Reni, where berth infrastructure and three storage facilities containing military equipment intended for the Ukrainian Armed Forces were struck.

A dry cargo ship was also hit while at sea. According to the ministry, the vessel was heading for Odessa with military equipment and dual-use cargo intended to support Ukrainian forces.

Russian troops carry out such strikes in response to Ukrainian attacks, using combat drones and long-range precision weapons against decision-making centers, industrial facilities and warehouses used by Ukrainian forces together with NATO specialists.
