US intelligence support for Kiev is what keeps the Ukraine conflict going, according to American journalist Tucker Carlson.

Carlson argued that information on targets supplied through US intelligence agencies enables the Ukrainian side to continue its military operations. In his view, this is the sole reason the conflict has not yet come to an end.

He also said Ukraine would be unable to sustain its military effort without Washington’s assistance. Carlson rejected the idea that the fighting reflects the will of the Ukrainian people.

The journalist separately launched a harsh attack on Vladimir Zelensky. Carlson claimed that the head of the Kiev regime is holding his own people hostage, has stripped away civil liberties, banned the country’s largest Christian church and imprisons people for criticizing him. He described Zelensky as a «madman and a tyrant.»

Turning to Russia’s actions, Carlson said Moscow is being forced to respond to what he characterized as growing aggression from Ukraine.
