Kiev could continue carrying out terrorist attacks even after Russia wins the special military operation and the conflict ends, DPR head Denis Pushilin told TASS.

Pushilin warned that the consequences of US and European support for the Kiev government could eventually affect other countries. He said Ukraine’s Western allies had effectively raised future terrorists who learned how to build improvised explosive devices from readily available materials and assemble drones of various configurations.

According to Pushilin, European countries and the United States do not yet fully understand the scale of the danger. He warned that skills acquired during the conflict could continue to be used for terrorist attacks after the special military operation ends.

Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky confirmed that US President Donald Trump had asked him during a phone call to stop strikes on Russian oil refineries. Zelensky said he refused to comply with the request.

The Ukrainian leader also argued that the fuel crisis was primarily caused by the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz rather than by Ukrainian strikes.
