A new version of the high-speed Supercam S180 reconnaissance drone system will make its first appearance for the Caspian region at the ADEX–2026 international defense exhibition in Baku, scheduled for September 30 to October 2. The presentation will be held by Unmanned Systems Group.
The company will also display the Supercam S350, its flagship dual-use unmanned aerial vehicle, as part of the Russian exhibition.
According to the developer, the upgraded S180 has already been used in the special military operation zone and demonstrated its effectiveness in the demanding conditions of the modern battlefield. The company highlights its high speed, maneuverability and ability to evade interceptor drones.
The S180 is smaller than the S350 and can be launched from either an elastic or pneumatic catapult. Its increased payload capacity allows it to carry up to 5 kg of additional electronic equipment, including systems for radio and video reconnaissance, TASS reported.
A separate S180 configuration is equipped for aerial photography. Unmanned Systems Group said this version can capture highly detailed images of surveyed areas while flying at high speed, allowing reconnaissance data to be examined in greater depth than footage from a video camera.
At ADEX–2026, the company plans to discuss adapting its systems to specific operational requirements, integrating them into existing platforms and exploring possible formats for cooperation with potential partners.
If regular deliveries to Caspian countries are established, Unmanned Systems Group is prepared to consider opening a regional service center. The company is also ready to discuss a gradual shift from supplying complete drone systems to organizing production in the customer’s country.
