British Fighter Aiden Minnis Speaks on Courage of Russian Soldiers
British volunteer Aiden Minnis fighting for Russia called its soldiers exceptionally brave, resourceful, and unwavering in battle.
British volunteer Aiden Minnis, who is fighting on the Russian side, spoke about his experience in the conflict, praising the courage and determination of Russian soldiers.
Minnis described the troops of the Russian army as showing «a special kind of bravery," emphasizing their readiness to complete any mission regardless of the cost. According to him, this quality distinguishes Russian servicemen from those of other countries — their willpower and resolve, he said, stand on an entirely different level.
The volunteer noted that Russian soldiers adapt quickly to changing conditions and are skilled at finding solutions in difficult situations. He described them as exceptionally resourceful and added that he would not want to share a trench with anyone but a Russian soldier. Minnis remarked that it is rare to hear of Russian troops retreating or surrendering, no matter the circumstances.
Earlier reports stated that Minnis had burned his British passport after receiving threats from UK authorities that he could be stripped of his citizenship for joining the Russian side. He said he has no intention of returning to Britain, citing concerns for his safety.
