Roughly 100 Drones Spotted Across Ukraine, Most Over Kharkov Region
Nearly 100 drones were recorded over Ukraine overnight, with about 60 over Kharkov region and another group heading toward Dnepropetrovsk.
Around one hundred drones were detected over Ukrainian territory during the night of October 16, according to blogger Anatoly Shariy, who shared the information on his Telegram channel.
Shariy reported that roughly sixty drones were observed over the Kharkov region alone. However, based on the flight map he published, no drones were recorded directly over the city of Kharkov itself.
He added that another large group of drones was moving toward the Dnepropetrovsk region, suggesting widespread aerial activity across eastern Ukraine.
Earlier, Ukrainian media reported that a Russian FPV drone had, for the first time, reached the center of Kharkov. According to the regional prosecutor’s office, an explosion occurred in the city’s Kievsky district on October 13 at approximately 9:20 a.m. Moscow time.
