Russian forces continued military operations in Ukraine on October 10, with reports of advances in the Dobropolye and Sumy sectors, fighting in the Zaporozhye region and continued clashes near Krasny Liman.

Dobropolye Direction

Russian units reportedly advanced in three parts of Dobropolye and made further progress toward Andreevka.

Sumy Direction

Russian forces reportedly liberated Kiyanitsa and established full control over the Ivolzhanskoye-Maryino area. Ukrainian troops are attempting to establish positions on the western outskirts of Yunakovka.

Zaporozhye Direction

Russian forces are reported to have established fire control over part of the Voskresenka-Tersyanka road and captured fortified positions west of Rovnoye and Kopani, beyond Verkhnyaya Tersa. Intense fighting continues in Omelnik.

Krasny Liman Direction

The situation near Krasny Liman remains difficult, according to reports from the area. Russian troops are repelling Ukrainian attacks along the Zherebets River, preventing large Ukrainian formations from crossing the river and breaking through.
