Russian forces have taken control of four settlements in the Kharkov Region and the Donetsk People’s Republic, according to an October 11 battlefield report released by Russia’s Defense Ministry.

The ministry stated that troops from Russia’s North grouping captured Reznikovo and Kupino while continuing operations to eliminate an encircled Ukrainian force in the Kharkov Region.

Meanwhile, units belonging to the Center grouping reportedly secured Novotroitskoye and Petrovskoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic.

Russian troops are also pressing their offensive near Nikolaevka, Varvarovka, Nefedovka and Chernoye, the ministry said. Ukrainian forces trapped inside the encircled area allegedly lost more than 65 personnel and two unmanned ground vehicles over the previous 24 hours.

Fighting continues along the outer perimeter of the encirclement, with Russian and Ukrainian troops engaged in clashes near Prikolotnoye, Kotovka and Gogino.

Beyond the ground operations, the Russian Defense Ministry reported strikes against Ukraine’s energy and transport infrastructure. The targeted facilities included enterprises producing drones for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as temporary deployment sites housing Ukrainian military units and foreign mercenaries.

According to the ministry’s figures, Ukrainian forces suffered approximately 1,405 personnel losses over the reporting period.
