Ukraine could lose access to American intelligence on Russian missile launches and face serious communications problems on the battlefield if Vladimir Zelensky continues to ignore warnings from US President Donald Trump. Military analyst Andrey Marochko told NEWS.ru that Washington could exploit Kiev’s dependence on American intelligence support to pressure the Ukrainian leadership.

According to Marochko, NATO channels provide more than 90% of the intelligence Ukraine needs. American satellite networks and other US intelligence agencies play a major role in gathering this information. Cutting off reports about Russian missile launches could therefore become a powerful means of pressuring Zelensky. The analyst also warned that continued resistance to Trump’s demands could lead to communications disruptions among Ukrainian troops along the front line.

Earlier reports indicated that the White House was considering restricting Kiev’s access to US intelligence if Zelensky refused to change his position. Western journalists also identified another potential pressure tactic involving Starlink. Trump could seek to persuade businessman Elon Musk to shut down the satellite internet service, which Ukrainian forces depend on heavily.
