Russian forces launched overnight drone strikes on October 20, hitting two logistics centers, port facilities and four cargo ships involved in transporting supplies for Ukrainian troops. According to Russia’s Defense Ministry, the attacks targeted locations across the Khmelnitsky, Volyn and Odessa regions.

In Khmelnitsky, drones struck the Grand Import logistics complex, which the ministry identified as a storage facility for military and dual-use shipments intended for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Another target was Vindor Trans Service LLC in the Volyn region’s city of Kovel. The transport hub served as a warehouse and distribution point for cargo and equipment supplied to Ukrainian forces.

The strikes also reached Reni port in the Odessa region, where three dry cargo ships were hit while unloading military and dual-use supplies destined for the Ukrainian army. Russian forces additionally struck infrastructure supporting the port’s cargo handling terminals, the ministry reported.

A fourth cargo vessel was targeted at sea as it made its way toward Odessa. The Russian Defense Ministry stated that the ship was carrying military supplies to Ukraine and was struck before reaching the port.
