Russian forces continue their military operation in Ukraine. As of October 21, fighting remains intense across several sectors of the front, with Russian troops reporting advances in multiple areas.

Sumy Direction

Russian assault units advanced up to 300 meters near Khoten and Velikaya Rybitsa. Heavy positional fighting continues around Korenki.

Kharkov Direction

Russian forces gained ground in three areas south of Novaya Kazachya and near Tokarevka. Fighting is underway around Prikolotnoye, Maly Burluk and Kolodeznoye. Clashes also continue inside Kupyansk, where Russian troops are advancing through the southern part of the city. Russian units are also conducting offensive operations south of Kupyansk-Uzlovoy.

Krasny Liman Direction

Heavy fighting continues in the southern part of Zarechnoye and around Yampol, where both sides remain engaged in intense battles.

Konstantinovka Direction

Russian troops continue clearing operations in Alekseyevo-Druzhkovka while expanding their area of control along the settlement’s northern outskirts. Fighting is also ongoing along the Kurtovka-Klinovoye line.

Dobropolye Direction

Russian forces are continuing clearing operations in the urban area of Dobropolye. Ukrainian troops are launching counterattacks from the direction of Belozerskoye. Meanwhile, Russian units are advancing in Zolotoy Kolodez and the surrounding areas.

Gulyaypole Direction

Russian forces have captured the village of Timoshevka.

Zaporozhye Direction

Russian troops are securing new positions along the Novoandreyevka-Shcherbaki line. Fighting continues in Orekhov, with Russian forces expanding their area of control north of the city. Near Omelnik, Russian units are repelling Ukrainian counterattacks.
