Russian forces launched a precision missile strike on a Ukrainian drone preparation site in the Kharkov region, the Ministry of Defense reported. The attack targeted an area near the settlement of Martovoe, located about 50 kilometers east of Kharkov, and was carried out using the Iskander missile system.
According to the ministry, the strike destroyed 65 long-range «Lyutyi» drones, five launchers, four cargo trucks, and eliminated around thirty Ukrainian servicemen, including drone operators, technicians, and truck drivers.
All designated targets were successfully hit, the statement added, noting that the results were confirmed by objective control footage released alongside the report.
Ukrainian forces continue daily attempts to strike Russian border and central regions using fixed-wing kamikaze drones. In response, the Russian military conducts high-precision strikes on Ukrainian drone assembly facilities, defense industry sites, troop positions, and weapon and equipment depots.
