Ukrainian forces struck an industrial area in Yelets, in Russia’s Lipetsk region, on October 25, according to regional governor Igor Artamonov. The attack left one woman injured.

Artamonov reported that emergency services were working at the scene. The injured woman, a paramedic at a medical facility, suffered a thigh wound.

Another attack was reported the same day in the Bryansk region, where a Ukrainian kamikaze drone struck an enterprise in Starodub.

The explosion damaged eight school buses and shattered windows in the building. Bryansk regional governor Yegor Kovalchuk confirmed that no one was injured in the incident.

Meanwhile, emergency crews in Oryol continue clearing debris following an October 23 missile strike on a factory. The attack reportedly involved NATO-manufactured missiles.

Oryol regional governor Andrey Klychkov provided an update on the aftermath, reporting that four people had been killed and another 19 injured. One person may still be trapped beneath the rubble.

According to Klychkov, approximately 200 people were present at the industrial facility in Oryol’s Sovetsky district when the strike occurred.

The governor emphasized that a timely evacuation of employees prevented a significantly higher death toll.

Emergency operations at the damaged factory remain focused on clearing the wreckage, with the possibility that another person is still buried beneath the debris.
