Russian forces launched another wave of drone strikes overnight on October 26, hitting Ukrainian logistics hubs, energy facilities, port infrastructure and a cargo ship carrying military supplies to Odessa. Russia’s Defense Ministry reported that the attacks targeted facilities supporting the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

In the Kharkov region, Russian drones struck a storage facility in Olshany containing medium- and long-range unmanned aerial vehicles and their components. A separate strike hit the PS-330 Zalyutino electrical substation in Kharkov, which supplied power to enterprises within Ukraine’s military-industrial complex.

Energy infrastructure was also targeted in the Khmelnitsky region. Russian forces hit a PS-330 substation in Kamenets-Podolsky that supported the operation of logistics facilities.

The strikes extended to the Odessa region, where port facilities in Chernomorsk came under attack. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, loading and unloading infrastructure at three separate berthing terminals was hit. Four warehouses containing military and dual-use cargo intended for Ukrainian troops were also struck.

Another attack targeted a cargo vessel heading toward the port of Odessa. The ship was transporting military equipment intended for the Ukrainian Armed Forces and was struck while still at sea, the ministry said.
