Russian forces carried out a massive overnight strike on October 30, targeting Ukraine’s defense industry, energy facilities supporting military production, and port infrastructure. A vessel used to transport supplies for the Ukrainian Armed Forces was also hit. According to Russia’s Defense Ministry, the operation involved ground-launched precision weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles.

Several of the reported targets were located in Kiev and the surrounding region. Among them was a missile components plant operated by Kiev Radio Plant JSC and Trimen-Ukraine LLC. The facility manufactured parts for reconnaissance and attack drones, including long-range models.

Another strike hit a workshop belonging to Fanplit PrJSC, where Fire Point FP-1 and FP-2 drones were assembled and stored. These unmanned aircraft were designed for medium- and long-range operations.

The attacks also extended to power infrastructure supplying Ukrainian military manufacturers. In Khotov, a settlement in the Kiev Region, Russian forces struck the PS-330 Novokievskaya electrical substation, which provided electricity to defense industry facilities in the capital.

A second substation was hit in the Dnepropetrovsk Region. The PS-330 Svetloe facility, located in the settlement of the same name, supplied power to military industrial enterprises operating in Dnepr.

Russian forces also struck a dry cargo vessel in the Black Sea. The Defense Ministry said the ship was transporting military equipment and dual-use supplies for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to the port of Odessa.
