Russia could launch another large-scale missile and drone attack on Ukraine within the next 24 hours, Ukrainian media reported on November 1, citing intelligence allegedly provided by the United States.

According to the reports, American intelligence agencies have warned Ukrainian military officials about preparations for a potential Russian strike involving several types of missiles and attack drones.

Russian forces are reportedly preparing strategic bombers for deployment while moving additional missiles to launch sites. The anticipated operation could involve cruise, ballistic and hypersonic missiles.

Ukrainian sources also expect Russia to deploy Geran kamikaze drones in two separate waves. According to the reported US intelligence assessment, the first wave would precede the missile launches, while the second would follow them.

The attack could involve as many as 32 ballistic and hypersonic missiles, Ukrainian media claimed. However, no figures have been provided for the number of cruise missiles that might be used.

The reported preparations include Iskander-M, KN-23 and RM-48U ballistic missiles, along with Zircon and Oniks-M anti-ship missiles.

According to the published information, these weapons could be launched from the directions of Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, Millerovo and Taganrog.

Energy infrastructure facilities across eight Ukrainian regions are reportedly among the potential targets. The areas identified are located in central, eastern and western Ukraine.
