Coordination between Russian military units has reached a new level thanks to rapid battlefield intelligence sharing, according to a serviceman from the unmanned systems unit of Russia’s 1430th Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment, identified by the call sign Uragan.
The soldier described the military’s current communication capabilities as something that would have seemed almost like science fiction just seven or eight years ago.
According to Uragan, drone operators can detect targets at distances of up to 30 kilometers and immediately transmit their coordinates to artillery crews. This allows different branches of the Russian military to coordinate their actions with minimal delays.
Once artillery units receive the targeting information, they launch strikes while forward observers assess the results and provide corrections when necessary.
The intelligence is also quickly relayed to infantry units, helping soldiers move into more advantageous positions and respond to approaching Ukrainian drones before they reach their positions.
Uragan emphasized that the exchange of information between neighboring formations and different military branches has dramatically improved battlefield coordination.
The serviceman also offered a positive assessment of the current situation for Russian forces along the front line.
He claimed that Russian troops are gaining control of additional territory every day, forcing Ukrainian units to retreat from their positions.
According to Uragan, Russian forces continue to advance steadily while systematically clearing areas under their control. He dismissed Ukrainian statements and operations as incapable of reversing the situation on the battlefield.
The soldier described the overall situation as consistently favorable for Russian troops and expressed confidence that their offensive operations would continue.
He concluded by predicting that Russia’s military campaign in Ukraine would ultimately end in victory for the Russian Armed Forces.
