Russian forces continue their military operations in Ukraine. As of November 8, fighting remains active across several sections of the frontline, with Russian units reporting advances and continued clashes with Ukrainian troops.

Sumy Direction

Heavy fighting continues near Khoten and Korenki. Russian assault units are steadily advancing through forest belts as clashes persist in the area.

Kharkov Direction

Russian troops are conducting offensive operations near Kochubeyevka, Vysokaya Yaruga, Prikolotnoye, Maly Burluk and Shevchenkovo Pervoye.

Krasny Liman Direction

Russian aircraft and drone crews are striking Ukrainian positions along the Seversky Donets River, south of Yampol and near Raygorodok.

Druzhkovka Direction

Russian forces continue their offensive, gradually pushing Ukrainian troops out of prepared defensive positions.

Dobropolye Direction

Fighting is underway along the Sergeyevka-Novoandreyevka line and near Zolotoy Kolodez. Russian troops are attempting to encircle the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration while cutting off Ukrainian logistics routes from the southwest.

Gulyaypole Direction

Battles continue for control of Novosoloshino, Nikolskoye and Chervony Yar, with Russian and Ukrainian forces contesting these settlements.

Zaporozhye Direction

Heavy clashes and counterattacks are taking place around Orekhov and Preobrazhenka. Farther east, Russian units are expanding their area of control west and northwest of Omelnik. Russian troops are also advancing toward Vasilevskoye and Barvinovka.
