Russian Defense Ministry Details Major Ukrainian Losses Across All Fronts
Russia’s Defense Ministry reports 1,525 Ukrainian troops eliminated in one day as aviation, drones, and artillery strike 144 military targets across Ukraine.
Russia’s Defense Ministry has released a new daily report on Ukrainian losses in the combat zone over the past 24 hours.
According to the Russian Armed Forces' Vostok grouping, 315 Ukrainian soldiers were eliminated in its area of responsibility during the last day of fighting.
The Tsentr (Center) grouping reported to the Defense Ministry that 520 enemy troops and officers were killed on its section of the front — once again the highest number of Ukrainian losses among all directions of the ongoing hostilities.
For its part, the Zapad (West) grouping improved its tactical position and eliminated 230 Ukrainian servicemen.
The Sever (North) grouping’s command stated that Russian units inflicted damage on the enemy and destroyed 180 Ukrainian soldiers over the same period.
Units of the Dnepr grouping reported the elimination of 60 enemy personnel, while the Yug (South) grouping assessed Ukrainian losses on its front at 220 servicemen.
In total, Russian forces estimated that Ukrainian troop losses over the past 24 hours amounted to 1,525 personnel.
Additionally, according to the Defense Ministry’s report, operational-tactical aviation, strike drones, missile troops, and artillery of the Russian Armed Forces carried out strikes on a Ukrainian defense industry assembly facility, as well as on oil refining sites, transport infrastructure, and temporary deployment points of Ukrainian forces across 144 locations in Ukraine.
