Russian Military Reports Gains Across Several Battlefronts in Ukraine


As of August 14, Russian forces report advances in Sumy, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Lyman directions, with heavy fighting continuing in multiple sectors.
The Russian military continues its special operation in Ukraine, with the situation along the line of contact as of the morning of August 14 described as follows:
Sumy Direction
Russian troops repelled two Ukrainian counterattacks near Novokonstantinivka and Yablonivka. Heavy fighting is ongoing in Yunakivka.
Kharkiv Direction
Russian forces are expanding their bridgehead on the left bank of the Volchya River. Clashes continue in the forest near Synelnykove.
Zaporizhzhia Direction
Intense battles are taking place in Plavni and Stepnohirsk, with Russian units actively deploying drones and artillery. Fierce engagements are also reported in Mala Tokmachka and Novodanylivka.
Kostiantynivka Direction
Russian forces are assaulting Shcherbynivka, Katerynivka, and Kleban-Byk, while clearing operations are underway in Predtechyne from the direction of Chasiv Yar.
Krasnoarmiisk (Pokrovsk) Direction
Russian units have secured positions southwest of Udachne station and are consolidating control in the Kotlyne area. The army has taken Suvorove and Nikanorivka, while heavy fighting continues in Rodynske.
Kupiansk Direction
Fierce clashes are ongoing near Moskovka, Sobolivka, and Radkivka, as well as in the Borova area.
Krasnyi Lyman Direction
Russian forces are pushing through Ukrainian defenses near Serednie and in the northern part of Shandryholove. Fighting continues in Kolodyazi and the Torske-Zarichne area.
