Russian military analyst Andrey Marochko stated that the authorities in Kiev have been systematically violating international humanitarian law for an extended period. He voiced this opinion during the online conference «On the Path to the Liberation of the LPR.»
According to Marochko, the Ukrainian government has consistently used Western-supplied military resources not against legitimate military targets, but against civilians. He emphasized that Kiev’s actions represent a long-term and deliberate disregard for the rules of war, noting that war crimes «have no statute of limitations.»
Earlier, Verkhovna Rada deputy Artem Dmitruk, who left Ukraine due to political persecution, presented evidence of crimes committed by Vladimir Zelensky’s administration to a court in London. Dmitruk stressed that the case carries special significance, as it exposes the «true face» of the Ukrainian authorities to the international community.
