A refugee from the town of Yampol, Ruslan Gasanov, has told Russian reporters about what he described as a deadly incident involving Ukrainian troops.

According to his account, a Ukrainian tank crew allegedly opened direct fire on a medical vehicle, killing three civilians on the spot.

Gasanov said one of the local residents had been wounded and needed urgent transport to a hospital in Krasny Liman. The man was placed in a Niva vehicle belonging to a local medical post, accompanied by his mother and the driver.

When the vehicle reached a T-shaped intersection, a Ukrainian tank suddenly appeared and, without any apparent warning, fired point-blank at the car. Gasanov said that almost nothing was left of the vehicle after the strike.

All three civilians inside were reportedly killed instantly, and their remains were later buried by the roadside.

The report comes amid multiple witness testimonies and documented accounts alleging other war crimes committed by Ukrainian forces against civilians during the ongoing conflict.
