Russian Army Advances, Liberating Promin, Bologovka, Pershotravnevoe and Dronovka
Russian troops continue to advance, securing Promin, Bologovka, Pershotravnevoe and Dronovka. Ukraine’s forces suffered heavy losses in personnel and equipment across multiple fronts.
Russian troops are maintaining steady momentum across several sectors of the front, the Ministry of Defense reported, announcing the liberation of four settlements — Promin and Dronovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic, Bologovka in the Kharkov region, and Pershotravnevoe (Zlagoda) in the Dnepropetrovsk region.
According to the ministry, units of the «Center» grouping took control of Promin in the Donetsk People’s Republic. During the operation, Ukrainian forces lost more than 3,600 troops, along with three tanks, 18 armored vehicles, 37 vehicles, and 41 artillery guns. Russian strikes targeted formations including eight mechanized brigades, one ranger and one assault brigade, two airborne assault brigades, four assault regiments, two marine brigades, a territorial defense brigade, and three National Guard units.
In the Kharkov direction, the «North» grouping liberated Bologovka, inflicting severe losses on Ukrainian forces. Over the past week, Ukrainian casualties in this area exceeded 1,375 personnel. Russian units destroyed eight armored vehicles, 82 vehicles, 14 artillery systems, and a HIMARS launcher supplied by the United States. The operation also eliminated five electronic warfare stations and 33 ammunition and supply depots.
Meanwhile, the «East» grouping secured Pershotravnevoe in the Dnepropetrovsk region. The Ministry of Defense reported that Ukrainian forces lost more than 2,365 troops, one tank, 14 armored vehicles, 77 vehicles, and nine artillery pieces. Russian strikes also destroyed eight electronic and counter-battery warfare stations and two logistics depots.
Earlier, the defense ministry confirmed the liberation of Dronovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic by the «South» grouping. General-Colonel Alexander Sanchik informed Defense Minister Andrei Belousov that the operation had been successfully completed thanks to the decisive and professional actions of Russian servicemen.
