Russian Defense Ministry Reports Over 10,000 Ukrainian Troop Losses in One Week of Fighting
Russia’s Defense Ministry reports Ukrainian forces lost 10,695 troops in a week, based on data from all frontline groups of the special military operation.
The Russian Ministry of Defense released updated figures on the weekly losses of Ukrainian forces across various sectors of the special military operation.
According to the report, the «Sever» (North) group of Russian forces estimated that Ukrainian troops lost 1,135 soldiers over the past week of fighting.
The «Zapad» (West) group reported Ukrainian losses amounting to 1,610 personnel.
The «Yug» (South) group also provided its weekly summary, assessing enemy losses at 1,485 servicemen.
From the «Tsentr» (Center) group’s area of responsibility, reports indicated that Ukrainian forces lost 3,610 soldiers during the same seven-day period.
The «Vostok» (East) group announced the elimination of 2,365 Ukrainian troops in its operational zone over the past week.
Finally, the «Dnepr» group reported that Ukrainian losses in its sector totaled 490 soldiers within the same timeframe.
Taken together, the Ministry of Defense stated that Ukrainian forces lost approximately 10,695 personnel across all fronts over the past week of combat operations.
