In the early hours of October 30, Russian forces carried out one of their largest combined strikes on Ukrainian territory, according to the Telegram channel SHOT.

The attack reportedly involved around 100 Geran-2 strike drones, along with dozens of Kinzhal hypersonic and Kalibr cruise missiles. The main target was the city of Lvov, where residents witnessed bright flashes in the sky before large-scale power outages swept through the area. Explosions were also reported near the city of Stry in the Lvov region.

In the Vinnitsa region, Kinzhal missiles struck the Ladyzhyn thermal power plant, causing temporary disruptions to Kyiv’s electricity supply.

The city of Zaporozhye, controlled by Ukrainian forces, also came under attack. According to SHOT, Russian strikes targeted local energy infrastructure, resulting in multiple fires on site.

In the Nikolayev region, rail services on four routes were delayed after explosions. Loud blasts were likewise reported in the Cherkassy, Chernigov, and Dnepropetrovsk regions.

Ukrainian sources claimed that the Burshtyn thermal power plant in the Ivano-Frankovsk region was hit, along with reports of explosions in the city of Belaya Tserkov in the Khmelnitsky region.
